Download the SCB EASY via the App Store or Play Store.

Step 2

Select “Yes” if you are already an SCB customer.

Step 3

Enter your ID card or passport number and date of birth. Click “Next.”

Step 4

Select “Register with face recognition.”

Step 5

If you are wearing a hat and/or glasses, remove them and keep your face within the frame. Click “Next.” Proceed with identity authentication.

Step 6

Read the terms and conditions. Click “Accept.”

Step 7

Enter your mobile phone number to receive a one-time password (OTP). Click “Next.” Enter the OTP.

Step 8

Enter a 6-digit PIN for the SCB EASY app. Click “Next.”

Step 9

Successful registration. Click “Next” to start using the SCB EASY app.
