  • Serves as middleman to coordinate financial matters, credit and legal issues between borrowers and lenders, including related parties, i.e. legal, financial and technical consultants
  • Ensures that all relevant parties follow contractual conditions and rules
  • Serves as middleman to oversee submitted security in two roles as:  Facility agent – to serve as loan coordinator, and  Security agent – to serve as security representative
