Customers can access information, receive notifications and recommendations, and get assistance 24/7. The service is free of charge, and customers can customize settings and manage various service features on their own.

SCB Connect enhances customer peace of mind through special notification services and convenient tools for everyday financial management, including:

• Real-time alerts :  Customers receive notifications when money is deposited into or withdrawn from their savings accounts, as well as when credit cards are used. The service also provides reminders for due dates of credit cards, cash cards, and various SCB loan accounts.
• Convenient credit card management :  Customers can easily check information of SCB credit cards (and cards issued by SCBX subsidiaries), including available credit limit, spending amount, transaction details, statement dates, and payment due dates, instantly.
• Fast access to offers and deals :  Customers are promptly informed about exclusive benefits, sales promotions, and personalized offers tailored to their preferences, ensuring more relevant and appealing rewards.
• Easy-to-use services :  SCB Connect offers exclusive features such as bill payment reminders, savings reminders, SCB branch/ATM locator, and additional support services, all accessible in one place.

Customers can subscribe to SCB Connect by searching for “SCB Connect” in the Official Account section on the LINE application, or by entering the ID “@scbconnect” to add it as a friend.

After successfully adding the account, customers will receive an invitation to register for SCB Connect services.

• Eligible account types :  Only savings accounts and current accounts can be linked.
• Single-account requirement :  The account must be an individual account. Joint accounts (e.g., “and/or” accounts) are not supported.
• Ineligible accounts :  If a customer has deposit accounts that do not meet the linking criteria, those accounts will not appear as selectable options in the system.
• Activation timeframe : Linking a deposit account for transaction notifications will take effect within 1–2 days, subject to the following conditions:
  • If the customer links an account or updates notification settings (such as changing the minimum alert amount) before 10:00 PM, the changes will take effect on the next day.
  • If the customer links an account or updates notification settings after 10:00 PM, the changes will take effect within 2 days.

• SCB Connect
  SCB Connect is the official LINE account of Siam Commercial Bank designed for real-time digital lifestyle support. It provides 24/7 notifications, recommendations, and customer support. When customers link their deposit or loan accounts, they can conveniently access detailed information such as:
  • Credit card spending and available credit limits
  • Loan account details (e.g., outstanding balance and settlement amounts)
  • Real-time alerts for every credit card transaction
  • Notifications for all deposit account movements
  These services are free of charge, and customers can customize their notification preferences.
• SCB Thailand Official Account
  This account serves as a communication channel for customers to follow and receive general news, updates, and information from the bank.

• Restricted data access :  Only the customer and the bank can view the information.
• Secure communication channel :  The LINE application serves solely as a communication channel and does not store customer-bank interaction data.
• End-to-end encryption :  All transmitted data is protected using End-to-End Encryption (E2E), ensuring secure communication between the customer and the bank.
• HTTPS protocol :  Data is transmitted via HTTPS with a self-signed certificate, and only the bank is authorized to send messages to customers.
• No financial transactions :  Customers cannot perform any financial transactions via SCB Connect, such as fund transfers, bill payments, or investment transactions. This limitation further enhances security by preventing transactional risks.
