SCB Connect is an SCB official LINE account that caters to the needs of our customers' digital lifestyle, offering free-of-charge and real-time transaction alerts and 24-hour chatbot service. Customers can select to set up the services they want to receive by themselves.

Feel safe and secure with SCB Connect special notification services: alerts for incoming/outgoing fund movements in your deposit accounts; alerts for your credit card spendings and payment reminders for your credit cards, speedy cash cards and loan accounts.

  1. More convenient with real-time credit card updates With Smart Keywords and our chatbot service, customers can check their credit card information, such as, available credit limit, outstanding balance, spending details, closing date and due date.

Help you find SCB ATMs and SCB branches near you, as well as branches with SCB Lounge and Priority lane.

○      EASY Q
Get your queue in advance before arriving at the branch and receive notifications via SCB Connect when your queue is approching, no more waiting at the branch.

○      Another channel for document submission
SCB Connect is one of the convenient channels for customers to submit documents for their financial transactions to the bank, apart from submitting via a fax machine.


Help service
Customers can quickly cancel credit cards, accounts and cheques, require information of bank products and services, as well as leave feedbacks or comments about our services.

However, customers cannot make any financial transactions via SCB Connect, such as, money transfer, bill payment, purchase/sell/exchange fund.

Good to know about money movement alerts via SCB Connect

  • SCB Connect alert is only applicable for accounts that have been added to SCB Connect.
  • SCB Connect alert is a different service from SMS Alert. If customers have not cancelled SMS Alert, customers will receive alerts from both channels.
  • SCB Connect alert is a real-time notification service. Customers will be notified once there is an incoming/outgoing transaction in your accounts.
  • For notification of direct debit, e.g. a payment for card fee, Biller name will not be shown in an alert message. Upon customer's request, our Manee Live Agents can look for the Biller name in customer's statement.

    SCB Connect is compatible with smart phones with LINE version 5.1 or higher, on iOS 9.0 or Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher.
    For Android users, if some screens of the websites opened via SCB Connect are not displayed properly, please try the troubleshootings below:
    1. Install the latest version of Android System Webview from Google Play
    2. After installation of Android System WebView, if the problem persists, please update your Chrome Browser

When will customers start to receive transaction alerts after adding accounts/ cards or changing information, e.g. minimum amount to receive alerts, in SCB Connect?

  • For credit/debit cards, customers can start to receive transaction alerts instantly after adding accounts/ cards or changing information.
  • For deposit accounts, it willl take 1-2 days before customers can receive transaction alerts.

Is there a fee to use SCB Connect?

Every service of SCB Connect is totally free of charge!

If I am not an SCB's customer, can I enjoy the services of SCB Connect?

Without being an SCB customer, you still can enjoy the following services of SCB Connect:

●      Check for promotions and privileges of SCB credit cards

●      Find SCB NEAR ME, both ATMs, branches and branches with Lounges and Priority lane.

●      Ask for information of bank products and services

Which SCB cards can be activated via SCB Connect?

Only SCB credit cards and speedy cash cards can be activated via SCB Connect.

What is the difference between "SCB Connect" and "SCB Thailand" official accounts?


SCB Connect is an SCB official LINE account, exclusively designed to provide information that caters to the needs of our customers' digital lifestyle, offering 24/7, real-time transaction alerts.

Customers can more conveniently check details of their credit cards and loan accounts, e.g. outstanding balance and available credit limit of your credit cards, as well as statement balance and account closing balance of your loan accounts. You can feel even more safe and secure with our free-of-charge transaction alerts for every movement in your deposit accounts and every spending via credit cards. Customers can set the minimum amount of spending to receive notifications, starting from one baht.

For the official account "SCB Thailand", it is serving customers with general information of the bank.

Registration

How to register for SCB Connect?

SCB customers can simply search for "SCB Connect" in Official Accounts of LINE application or enter LINE ID "@scbconnect" to add friend, after successfully adding SCB Connect in your friend list, you will receive an invitation for registration.

Good to know about adding accounts to SCB Connect

●      For deposit accounts, only savings accounts and current accounts can be added to SCB Connect.

●      Accounts added must be an individual account, not a joint account.

●      In case customers have an account(s) that does not match conditions of SCB Connect, the account(s) will not be displayed for customers to select.

●      After adding an account(s), it willl take 1-2 days to receive transaction alerts, following conditions below:

○      If customers add an account(s) or change information (e.g. minimum amounts to receive alert messages) before 22:00 hrs, customers will start to receive alert messages the next day (if any).

○      If customers add an account(s) or change information (e.g. minimum amounts to receive alert messages) after 22:00 hrs, customers will start to receive alert messages the next 2 days (if any).

Can I cancel the use of SCB Connect?

Customers can cancel the use of SCB Connect in 2 ways:

1. Cancel in SCB Connect settings

Simply go to "Settings", select "ยกเลิกบริการ SCB Connect" and tap "ต้องการ" to confirm your cancellation.

2. Cancel via Call center

Contact our SCB Call center at 02-777-7777 to ask for SCB Connect cancellation.

Safety and security

Is SCB Connect safe to use?

SCB Connect is safe and secure as it is a channel to deliver messages which are visible only to the Bank and the customers. No information or communication between the Bank and the customer is collected as the messages are secured with end-to-end encryption (E2EE) via Self-sign certificate HTTPS Protocal that allows the Bank only to send messages to the customers.

 

SCB Connect is the service to provide customers with information of their bank accounts, credit cards/ speedy cash cards and loan accounts only. Customers cannot make any financial transactions via SCB Connect, such as, money transfer, bill payment, purchase/sell/exchange fund.

Can I use SCB Connect on multiple smart phones?

Your SCB Connect account corresponds to your LINE ID and one LINE ID can be used on one smart phone only.

If you would like to use the service of SCB Connect on a different smart phone, once you have switched and started to use your LINE account on your new smart phone, your information that you have added on SCB Connect will be transferred automatically.

Can I use SCB Connect on my PCs or tablets?

SCB Connect can be used on a smart phone, PC or tablet. If you start LINE on your PC or tablet, you will need to verify yourself in LINE application on your smart phone, by entering a verification code while logging in to your LINE account on your PC or tablet. This is a safety measure to prevent unauthorized login to your LINE account.
