SCB tag teams with Shopee, extending SCB Stand By You campaign with “Manee Tunjai Business Loan” supporting online shops

 

            Realizing the difficulties and concerns of Thai society in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has extended its “SCB Stand By You” campaign to help its customers get past this tough time launched under the bank’s “Let’s See You Smile Again” concept.  Most recently, it has joined hands with Shopee, a leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan to launch the “Manee Tunjai Business Loan” campaign in an effort to support online stores on Shopee using SCB accounts. This loan offer credit limit up to 300,000 baht with monthly repayment of 350 baht per each 10,000-baht loan (for maximum tenure of 36 months). Even more, this loan does not require collateral, personal guarantee, or any additional documents. Interested customers are required to register on the Shopee application first, and SCB approval process will be completed within 5 working days. The eligible customers will be able to apply loan and receive money through the SCB EASY application. It is expected that “Manee Tunjai Business Loan” offer will help boost liquidity for Shopee sellers, offering them a funding source for the supplies needed to fulfill new orders at a time when more and more consumers are switching to online shopping.

Borrowers will not be required collateral, offer personal guarantees, or submit additional documents. The interested customers have to register on the Shopee Application first. Then SCB approval process takes five working days, and eligible customers will be able to apply loan and receive money through the SCB EASY Application.      1.      Take a minute to register on the Shopee application;

     2.    SCB considers the application within five working days;

     3.    Press apply loan through the SCB EASY application; and

     4.      Receive approval result and money through the SCB EASY application.
