Request an account statement


Request your account statement for up to the past 12 months
to support transactions or review your financial activity.

1. Select “My Accounts”.

2. Select an account for which you want to request a statement.

3. Select “Other Services”.

4. Select “Request Account Statement”.

5. Select a period for which you want to request a statement.

6. Tap “Submit a Request”.

7. The account statement as per your request will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
