Debenture Certificates 
via SCB EASY App

Withdraw debentures deposited in the EASY-D Debenture Account into debenture certificates 
in your own name. Fee applied as announced*.


Steps to request for the debenture certificate withdrawal from the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App


1. Select the menu “Investment”

2. Select “Debenture”

3. Select “Debenture services”

4. Select “Debenture Certificate Withdrawal”

5. Study terms and conditions of the service, check the box to accept and press “Next”

6. Select the debenture to withdraw and enter the number of units to be withdrawn

7. Review or update the mailing address and press “Next”

8. Study the request affirmation and press “Confirm”

9. Review investor qualification and press “Confirm”

Remark: For institutional/High-net-worth debentures only

10. Choose an account to pay for the service fee and press “Next”

11. Review details of the debenture certificate withdrawal request and press “Confirm”

12. Choose mobile number to receive OTP (One Time Password)

13. Enter OTP

14. Send the debenture certificate deposit request successfully and press “Close”

15. Check the status of the request in “Transaction history” and select a request to see information

16. See request details and status

Remark: Submit required documents to SCB within 15 business days as instructed via email.

17. Once SCB receives the documents, the transaction status will display “Document review in progress”

18. When TSD/registrar is issuing the debenture certificate, the status will show “Debenture certificate issuance in progress.”

19. When SCB has sent the debenture certificate to the customer, the transaction status will display “Debenture certificate dispatched by mail”

Terms and conditions for the debenture certificate withdrawal from the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App

  • Customer can withdraw only 1 debenture per request. Please click here to check the debenture withdrawal fee.
  • Once the transaction is successfully submitted, SCB will send form(s) of the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) and/or the debenture registrar, along with supporting documents, to customer via email.
  • Customer must send the required documents as instructed in the email, to be arrived at the Bank within 15 business days after the request was successfully submitted via the SCB EASY App. Otherwise, the request will be automatically canceled. The Bank recommends customer to send the documents to the Bank by a registered mail.
  • SCB will notify the document review results via email within 3 business days after the date the Bank receives the complete set of required documents.
  • TSD/Debenture registrar may request additional documents or reject the issuance of the debenture certificate, subject to TSD/Debenture registrar’s conditions.
  • Once SCB receives the debenture certificate from TSD, the Bank will dispatch to the customer via registered mail. The period for customer to receive the debenture certificate depends on the mailing service provider.
  • In case the request is canceled, SCB will refund the debenture withdrawal fee to the customer's fee deduction account.
  • Customer may attach a copy of deposit account book for receiving interest and principal of the withdrawn debenture, subject to the debenture registrar’s conditions.

Transaction Checking


Withdraw debentures into debenture certificates

  • When SCB receives the documents and approves the transaction, customer can check the status of the transaction on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has requested withdrawal.
  • Pending amount and units will show the debenture amount customer requested withdrawal with the remark “In the process of scrip withdrawal”
  • When SCB has completed the withdrawal of the debentures and has delivered the debenture certificate to the customer via registered mail at the address the customer specified in the request form, customer will receive an email informing the successful result along with a tracking number.
  • Customer can check the debenture balance on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has withdrawn.
