1. Professional Apologizer
 

When there is a mistake in the work process and causes clients a loss. Dissatisfaction arises. Rumors will start to spread and this might lead to a discontinuation of service and products. Letting AI take care of this problem would not be a good idea. However, if there is any sharp-tongue with persuasive verbal skill personal that can calm the angry customers down, this bad beginning can end happily. Professional apologizer, thus, is highly demanded in many businesses especially business that is related to customer service. This is because any job that associates with customers has very high chances that customers will be dissatisfied with the products or services they received, especially, problems that cannot be easily solved that professional apologizer needs to directly converse with customers. Individuals taking this job has to have the excellent verbal skill and high Emotional Quotient (EQ) to calm angry customers down and satisfies customers during negotiation. Most of the time, this job requires professional apologizer to meet up with customers and apologize to them directly, not simply through phone calls.
 

2. Mystery Shopper
 

The title of this job might seem mysterious, but when working, a mysterious shopper cannot appear suspicious. Of course, AI cannot be used here as it cannot put on a disguise and observe people in depth. Mystery shopper has to disguise themselves as a regular customer, going into the shops to observe the business on the assigned date and time by their clients. The purpose of this job is to collect useful information to further improve the employees as well as the product quality of those particular shops. To obtain information that clients required, direct interviews with employees will have to be done together with observing their working behaviors and work environment. The majority of the clients are market research companies, product and service advisors as well as human resources development for companies. Before starting the job, individuals will have to undergo a test to see if they are suitable for the job. The amount of salary depends on the result and the workload. If more meticulous and useful information, that can be used to develop product quality and service, is obtained, there are more opportunities than mysterious shopper will be hired for a high-income job.

3. Arborist

An arborist is not a completely new career. It has long existed in foreign countries, but it was just widely known for not more than 10 years in Thailand. An arborist is a person taking care of big trees in the city area. It is one of the jobs that might be interesting for those tree lovers who do not have a fear of height and have a healthy body. It is a job that requires an understanding of greenery and people taking this job have to be seriously passionate about nature. So, it does not seem like a job that AI should do. The arborist has to be able to climb big trees and has to be equipped with knowledge of forestry. This is because, apart from taking care, trimming branches and first-aiding sick or old trees, arborist has to know how to take care of the trees that they can live strongly and safely among human. Besides taking care of trees from roots to the tip of the leaves, arborist has a job to look over the moving process of the trees to another location because the incorrect method can cause the trees to be shocked and stop growing and can even cause death for those trees.

 

4. Sound Designer

Imagine those fantasy, sci-fi, or horror movies that stories happened in the universe that cannot be understood by most of the people. Before those movies can be shown, a tremendous amount of imagination and creativity are required to ensure that visual and sound go in sync for the movies to be entertaining and one of the people who ensure that this happens is called a sound designer. An appearance of fairy, the conversation between aliens or monsters or the voice that is heard before the visual scene is flashed to send out a message to the audience, all these require vocal communication. The traits of sound designer are imaginative, creative, and being a good listener, to figure out what kind of sound should be created, and listening skills that can separate different kinds of sounds. Sound designing is an art that cannot be experienced visually. It is detailed work and it plays with people’s imaginations to bring out feelings by using sound as a medium. This can be understood and created from the auditory nerves of humans, not AI.
 

5. Storyteller
 

Humans grow up with the story. Even history was told in a way that listeners can picture the events. Despite not being in the events themselves, listeners can remember those stories pretty clearly. Stories can be inspiring for many people and nobody would want to listen to a story from an AI robot without any emotions and expressions while telling. Thus, storytelling is a skill that is exclusively embedded in humans and can be practiced. The storyteller needs to have the skill to attract attention from the audience. Their story must not be instructing or commanding, but convincing. Some are freelance storytellers. Some might work for organizations and, most of the time holds the role of introducing new ideas, building up confidence, and encouraging people to start doing something as well as inspiring and entertaining others.
