For anyone who is facing this kind of life, you may want to complain but you cannot go anywhere. With your debt in the house and car that makes your dream need to be the last priority. 

If we believe that everything will be the same, how can we change?

If our lives are as a book, then life is full of stories to be told. My past ten years was a boring story and not interesting. I was an unhappy salaryman with no money, unhealthy, and having a bad family relationship. I do not like my life at that time, but I am considering my current life, it is completely different from that time. I am doing what I love and having a good family. The main point is I found that we are a reader for other books but if it is our story, we can write anything that we want to read. 

If our life is in a boring and unhappy part, the first thing to do is not let ourselves down. It is another chapter that will pass. We should not let it be like that until the end. 

My suggestion is you should tell yourself that “There is hope and it will be better.” No matter how bad the situation is, this little hope is needed for your mental and you need to build it up. It is like going to the gym to build your muscle. 

Do something to reveal your next chapter! 

The best part while I was feeling bad at myself is planning what my life should be like. Imagine my next-five-year life, what it should be, and how good it is that I can live with that beautiful life. Then I record all the details as if it is a guideline to lead my way to reach that goal.

Then, do not stay still, make some moves. Do not think too much about what your free time hobby leads you to where. Do not be serious about where the end is. Just a simple thought that if you do the same activity as your daily routine, it will end the same way. However, if you do something new, you will get a new chapter of life. For example, stop following any depression and toxic drama and change from complaining to feeling thankful for every new day and new person.

One thing I learned from doing those things is that any new thing I started today will not immediately see the result but whenever I look back, they are prepared and connected to build the next chapter. You may have heard of what people usually say that they met a magical accident that started from one thing then led to another. I believe that you might face this kind of experience that was built from your small previous step. 

Who knows that you may meet someone who brings you good news from an art workshop or any places that you have never been to? Some sentences may affect your life and bring us to a new place that you have never thought of. This will be the new challenging chapter of your life. 

Every change will be summed and turned to something when the time comes. 

No matter how bad the day is, surely good things will come eventually.  

If it is not good, then it is not the end. We will not let it end as a boring chapter that even ourselves do not want to read.

We still have time to make it better, as long as there is a “to be continued” sign for us.

For the next chapter ... that we are waiting for.
