Promotion Terms and Conditions: Get a Lotus’s Gift Card Worth Up to THB 2,000

1. This special offer is exclusively for salaried employees who apply for a “My Car My Cash” loan and purchase any of the following insurance products: Credit Life Insurance, PA Smart Accident Insurance. Applications must be submitted, and the loan must be approved between December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026, and the loan must be disbursed by January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026. Eligible customers will receive a Lotus’s gift card based on the approved loan amount as follows:

2. Customers who meet the specified conditions will receive a Lotus’s gift card by mail within 120 business days after the month in which the loan is disbursed. The voucher will be sent to the mailing address provided in the loan application.
3. Customers can review the terms and conditions of the Lotus’s gift card as stated on the card.
4. The use of the Lotus’s gift card is subject to the terms and conditions specified by Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd. SCB is not involved in the products or services, nor in their sale or provision. Therefore, SCB is not liable for any loss, damage, defect, or other issues related to the products or services, nor for any disputes or incidents arising from such use. 5. In the event that the Lotus’s gift card is out of stock, SCB reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equivalent value, with at least 7 days’ prior notice.
6. Buyers should carefully review the coverage details and conditions before purchasing any insurance.
7. The bank acts solely as a broker or facilitator for individuals entering into insurance contracts. The approval of insurance coverage is subject to the underwriting conditions of FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited.

11. SCB does not require customers to purchase Credit Life insurance for auto loans. It is entirely optional and does not affect loan approval.
12. Customers may choose to purchase auto insurance from other reliable providers, subject to SCB’s conditions.
13. SCB reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, benefits, or promotional details, or to suspend or cancel the promotion, in accordance with regulatory requirements or at SCB’s discretion. In such cases, notice will be provided at least 7 days in advance of the effective date, except in cases of force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, whereby notice will be given as soon as possible.
14. In case of a dispute, SCB’s decision shall be deemed final.
15. SCB and FWD Life Insurance PCL will collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purposes of running and promoting this campaign, as well as other purposes outlined in their respective privacy policies. 17. My Car My Cash loans are offered with fixed interest rates ranging from 2.99%–8.65% p.a. (effective interest rates range from 5.65%–15% p.a. throughout the loan period). Rates are subject to change within the limits announced by SCB.
