If the company wants to change the automatic payroll account to the Siam Commercial Bank account, what should it do?

  • If you do not have a savings account, you can contact and open an account at the SCB bank near you.
  • If you already have a SCB account, you can contact the Bank by using the appropriate channels.

    • ID card copy of the authorized signatory;
    • Copy of commercial registration certificate not over 6 months.

What is the minimum number of employees required for a company to apply for a payroll service?

There is no minimum required to apply for the service.

Can payroll orders be transmitted every day?

You can place orders every day, seven days a week, without holidays.

SCB Payroll Service

As an employee, you can receive salary via an SCB savings account. Your employer will transfer money to your SCB payroll account on a specified pay day.  

I already have an SCB payroll account. Where can I receive special offers? What documents do I need to present?

Simply present your SCB payroll passbook at any SCB branch to receive special offers.

How many times can I make deposits and withdrawals with my SCB Debit card for free?

You can make up to 4 deposits and withdrawals (within the same banking area) with your SCB Debit card for free each month. Alternatively, you can register for the SCB EASY application to make an unlimited number of withdrawals, fund transfers, top-ups, and bill payments free of charge.

How long of an employment period is required to open an SCB payroll account and receive special offers from SCB?

You can receive offers under Employee Solutions regardless of your employment period. However, a minimum employment period of 1 year is required to apply for an SCB Home Loan or Car Loan.

How can I change my payroll account to an SCB payroll account?

  • If you don’t have an SCB savings account, please visit an SCB branch near you to open an SCB savings account.
  • If you already have an SCB savings account, please contact an SCB channel at your convenience to request setting it as your SCB payroll account, and inform your employer’s HR Department to update your payroll account information accordingly

My company is using payroll processing service with a different bank. Can I request receiving salary via an SCB payroll account?

Your request is possible. However, please re-check with your employer’s HR Department about their payroll policy. 

How can I register for the SCB EASY Application?
Are Home Refinancing Loans included in the offers for SCB Payroll accounts?

You can receive a Home Refinancing Loan offer if you are a permanent employee with a minimum employment period of 1 year.
