Document Requirements

Resident Customer
  1. Minutes of Board of Directors meeting stipulating intention to open a bank account including power of attorney and payment condition and certified by authorized person and company seal
  2. Business registration certificate issued by Company and Partnership registration Office. The Registrar issued not more than 6 months.
  3. List of shareholders
  4. The power of attorney (if any)
  5. Copy of Company Regulations (if applicable)
  6. Copy of Identification documents of all authorized directors.
Non - Resident Customer
  1. Minutes of Board of Directors meeting stipulating intention to open a bank account including power of attorney and payment condition and certified by authorized person and company seal
  2. Business Certificate of registration of the juristic person or documents showing the registration details, including the company name, registration number, registered capital, location of the office and list of authorized directors and conditions of the signing.
  3. List of shareholders (In some cases, the list of shareholders may be included in the certificate.)
  4. The power of attorney (if any)
  5. Copy of Company Regulations (if applicable)
  6. Copy of Identification documents of all authorized directors.

Documents prepared in foreign countries (1) Notary Public (2) Thai embassy abroad and (3) Thai Consulate-General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs respectively. The period from the date Notary Public is not less than 6 months.
