Service Process

Cash deposit to SCB accounts

  1. Press the “Deposit/Transfer” icon
  2. Press “Confirm’ to proceed
  3. Select “SCB”
  4. Press “Confirm” to accept deposit terms and conditions
  5. Enter the depositor’s telephone number
  6. Insert depositor’s ID card number in the machine
  7. Enter SCB receiving account number
  8. Enter deposit amount
  9. Enter phone number of the receiver
  10. Review and verify detail on the screen and press “Confirm”
  11. Place a deposit money into the kiosk
  12. The customer receives SMS confirmation 

 

Cash withdrawal from SCB accounts via QR Code on SCB Easy App

  1. Generate a QR Code for cash withdrawal on the SCB Easy App’s Banking Agent menu
  2. Choose the “Withdrawal” menu on the Boonterm kiosk.
  3. Choose “SCB”.
  4. Review terms and conditions and press “Accept”.
  5. Enter the withdrawer’s telephone number.
  6. Insert the withdrawer’s ID card in the kiosk.
  7. Scan the QR code from the SCB Easy App at the Boonterm kiosk.  
  8. Review transaction details on the screen.
  9. Get your cash and a transaction slip
