Service details
Customers with an EASY-D Debenture Account can deposit debenture certificates, withdraw debenture certificates, and transfer debentures to other securities companies via SCB EASY App throughout 24 hours a day. Alternatively, these services are also available at any SCB branches during business hours.
Deposit debenture certificate into the EASY-D Debenture Account
Convert your debenture certificates and deposit into the EASY-D Debenture Account in a scripless format. Allows you to check your debentures in one place.
Transfer debentures into the EASY-D Debenture Account
Receive debenture transfers from other securities companies account into the EASY-D Debenture Account. Customers have to request this service at the origin securities company and would be subjected to fee charged.
Withdraw debentures into debenture certificates
Withdraw debentures deposited in the EASY-D Debenture Account into debenture certificates in your own name. Fee applied as announced*.

Steps to request for the debenture certificate deposit into the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App
1. Select the menu “Investment”
2. Select “Debentures”
3. Select “Debenture services”
4. Select “Debenture certificates deposit via EASY-D Debenture Account”
5. Study terms and conditions of the service, check the box to accept and press “Next”
6. Select the debenture to be deposited and input details according to the debenture certificate and press “Next”
Remark : the debenture amount to be deposited must be equal to the amount specified in the debenture certificate
7. Upload the front side of the debenture certificate images by pressing “Add Image”
8. Study the example image of the debenture certificate front side to be uploaded and press “Add Image”
9. Upload the back side of the debenture certificate images by pressing “Add Image”
10. Study the example image of the debenture certificate back side to be uploaded and press “Add Image”
11. Review the uploaded debenture certificate images and press “Next”
12. Study the request affirmation and press “Confirm”
13. Review details of the debenture certificate deposit request and press “Confirm”
14. Choose mobile number to receive OTP (One Time Password)
15. Enter OTP
16. Send the debenture certificate deposit request successfully and press “Confirm”
17. Check the status of the request in “Transaction history” and select a request to see information
18. See details of the selected request
19. Send the debenture certificate and relevant documents to the Bank when the transaction status displays “กรุณานำส่งเอกสาร”

Remarks :
Terms and conditions for the debenture certificates deposit into the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App
- SCB accepts the debenture certificate deposit only for Baht denominated debentures issued by Thai corporate following the Bank’s terms and conditions. Convertible debentures and structured notes are not allowed to deposit in the EASY-D Debenture Account.
- SCB only accepts the request that have equivalent number of debenture deposit units equal to the number specified in the debenture certificate. If you wish to make a request with different number of debenture units, please contact the debenture registrar to split the number of debenture units on the debenture certificate before making a request on SCB EASY App.
- Customer can deposit one debenture certificate per request and must upload the front-side and back-side of debenture certificate picture during making a request on SCB EASY App. Before uploading the back-side of debenture certificate picture, please sign under the transferor’s signature field and the signature must be matched with the signature on the copied of the identification card document.
- SCB will notify the result of the requested transaction through email after considering the uploaded debenture certificate picture, within 3 business day after the Bank receiving a customer request.
- Once SCB notifies the customer to send the original debenture certificate and relevant documents to the Bank, the customer must send the required documents to be arrived at the Bank within 15 business days after the Bank notifying the result of the request; Otherwise, the request will be automatically canceled. The Bank recommends customer to send the required documents to the Bank by a registered mail.
- Interest and principal of deposited debentures in the EASY-D Debenture Account will be transferred to in the deposit account tied with the EASY-D Debenture Account of the customer.
- Please study for the terms and conditions of the service before making a request through the SCB EASY App.
Steps to request for the debenture certificate withdrawal from the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App
1. Select the menu “Investment”
2. Select “Debenture”
3. Select “Debenture services”
4. Select “Debenture Certificate Withdrawal”
5. Study terms and conditions of the service, check the box to accept and press “Next”
6. Select the debenture to withdraw and enter the number of units to be withdrawn
7. Review or update the mailing address and press “Next”
8. Study the request affirmation and press “Confirm”
9. Review investor qualification and press “Confirm”
Remark: For institutional/high-net-worth debentures only
10. Choose an account to pay for the service fee and press “Next”
11. Review details of the debenture certificate withdrawal request and press “Confirm”
12. Choose mobile number to receive OTP (One Time Password)
13. Enter OTP
14. Send the debenture certificate deposit request successfully and press “Close”
15. Check the status of the request in “Transaction history” and select a request to see information
16. See request details and status
Remark: Submit required documents to SCB within 15 business days as instructed via email.
17. Once SCB receives the documents, the transaction status will display “Document review in progress”
18. When TSD/registrar is issuing the debenture certificate, the status will show “Debenture certificate issuance in progress.”
19. When SCB has sent the debenture certificate to the customer, the transaction status will display “Debenture certificate dispatched by mail”

19. When SCB has sent the debenture certificate to the customer, the transaction status will display “Debenture certificate dispatched by mail”
Remarks :
Terms and conditions for the debenture certificate withdrawal from the EASY-D Debenture Account via SCB EASY App
- Customer can withdraw only 1 debenture per request. Please click here to check the debenture withdrawal fee.
- Once the transaction is successfully submitted, SCB will send form(s) of the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) and/or the debenture registrar, along with supporting documents, to customer via email.
- Customer must send the required documents as instructed in the email, to be arrived at the Bank within 15 business days after the request was successfully submitted via the SCB EASY App. Otherwise, the request will be automatically canceled. The Bank recommends customer to send the documents to the Bank by a registered mail.
- SCB will notify the document review results via email within 3 business days after the date the Bank receives the complete set of required documents.
- TSD/Debenture registrar may request additional documents or reject the issuance of the debenture certificate, subject to TSD/Debenture registrar’s conditions.
- Once SCB receives the debenture certificate from TSD, the Bank will dispatch to the customer via registered mail. The period for customer to receive the debenture certificate depends on the mailing service provider.
- In case the request is canceled, SCB will refund the debenture withdrawal fee to the customer's fee deduction account.
- Customer may attach a copy of deposit account book for receiving interest and principal of the withdrawn debenture, subject to the debenture registrar’s conditions.

Steps to request for the transfer of debentures to another securities company via SCB EASY App
1. Select the menu “Investment”
2. Select “Debenture”
3. Select “Debenture services”
4. Select “Transfer of debentures to another securities company”
5. Study terms and conditions of the service, check the box to accept and press “Next”
6. Select the securities company to transfer the debentures to, enter the securities account number, and select the debentures to transfer
7. Enter the number of debenture units to transfer and press “Next”
Remark : You can select up to 5 debentures per transaction by pressing “+Add Debenture”
8. Study the request affirmation and press “Confirm”
9. Choose an account to pay for the service fee and press “Next”
10. Review details of the transfer of debentures to another securities company request and press “Confirm”
11. Choose mobile number to receive OTP (One Time Password)
12. Enter OTP
13. Send the transfer of debentures to another securities company request successfully and press “Close”

15. See details of the selected request. If the request submission is successful, the transaction status will display “Debenture transfer in progress”
16. Once SCB has successfully completed the debenture transfer, the transaction status will display “Debenture transfer completed”
Remarks :
Terms and conditions for transfer of debentures from the EASY-D Debenture Account to another securities company via SCB EASY App
- Customer can transfer up to 5 debentures and can select only one securities company per request. Please click here to check the debenture transfer fee.
- Receiving securities account’s name must match with the customer's name.
- SCB will notify the debenture transfer result via email within 3 business days from the date the Bank receives the request. However, processing time and result depends on the receiving securities company.
- In case the request is canceled, SCB will refund the debenture transfer fee to the customer's fee deduction account.
- Principal and interest payment method will be as specified by the customer with the securities company in which the debenture is transferred to.
- Please study for the terms and conditions of the service before making a request through the SCB EASY App.
For requesting services at SCB branches
Required Documents
- A valid original identification card
- Mobile phone with the SCB EASY app installed
- For Deposit debenture certificate into the EASY-D Debenture Account, please bring along the original debenture certificate with the owner's name matching with the holder name of debenture account.
Transaction Checking
Deposit debenture certificate into the EASY-D Debenture Account
- When SCB receives the documents and approves the transaction, customer can check the status of the transaction on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has requested deposit.
- Pending amount and units will show the debenture amount customer requested depositing with the remark “In the process of debentures deposit”
- When SCB has successfully deposited the debentures into the EASY-D Debenture Account, customer will receive an email informing the successful result.
- Customer can check the debenture balance on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has deposited.
Transfer debentures into the EASY-D Debenture Account
- When SCB has received the transfer of the debentures, customer will receive email informing the successful result.
- Customer can check the debenture balance on the SCB EASY App at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has transferred in.
Withdraw debentures into debenture certificates
- When SCB receives the documents and approves the transaction, customer can check the status of the transaction on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has requested withdrawal.
- Pending amount and units will show the debenture amount customer requested withdrawal with the remark “In the process of scrip withdrawal”
- When SCB has completed the withdrawal of the debentures and has delivered the debenture certificate to the customer via registered mail at the address the customer specified in the request form, customer will receive an email informing the successful result along with a tracking number.
- Customer can check the debenture balance on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has withdrawn.
Transfer debentures from the EASY-D Debenture Account
- When SCB receives the documents and approves the transaction, customer can check the status of the transaction on the SCB EASY app at the menu “Debenture” > “My Debenture” > select the debenture that the customer has requested transferring out.
- Pending amount and units will show the debenture amount customer requested transferring out with the remark “In the process of transfer out”.
- When SCB has successfully transferred out the debentures, customer will receive email informing the successful result.
