For more convenience, you can track status via the app.

1. On the Change
Transaction Limit screen,
tap “Track Status”

2. You’ll see a status tracker
showing 3 stages: Request
Submitted, Under Review,
and Result Notification.

3. If your request is approved,
the status will show
“Limit Increase Successful”
and your new limit will be
instantly available.

4. If your request is denied,
the system will display
the reason and offer a
“Request Again” button.
