Mr. Wongnongtaey was appointed as a Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer on August 1, 2021. Previously he was appointed as a Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Audit Officer on January 1, 2021.

Mr. Wongnongtaey has over 22 years of working experience with SCB.  He has strong knowledge and expertise in the management accounting and internal control and used to be a committee in The Committee on Accounting Standard Setting.  He joined SCB since 1998 as Vice President, Deputy Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Information Department where he was in charge of accounting information system.  In 2008, he was appointed as an Executive Vice President, Financial Reporting and Control Division and became a First Executive Vice President, Chief Audit Officer in 2016.

Mr. Wongnongtaey holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting from Thammasart University.
