SCB helps battle the COVID-19 pandemic by donating funds for medical supplies to 5 hospitals


       Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, SCB would like to thank and support medical professionals working hard on the front lines to fight the pandemic. Well aware of the dire need for medical supplies to protect medical staff caring for COVID-19 patients, SCB has donated a total of 5 million baht to five hospitals.

       SCB Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee Arthid Nanthawithaya presented donations to Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Dean of Mahidol University's Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, and Prof. Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Ramathibodi Hospital. He also handed funds over to Prof. Dr. Suttipong Wacharasindhu, Director of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital

       SCB President Apiphan Charoenanusorn presented donations to Dr. Somkiat Lalitwongsa, Director of Rajavithi Hospital.

       SCB President Arak Sutivong presented donations to the Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute through the Department of Disease Control Director General Dr. Suwanchai Wattanayingcharoenchai and the institute’s Director Dr. Apichart Vachiraphan.
