What you should know about inward remittance

 

To receive international fund transfers to an SCB account, please inform the sender of the following information:
 

  • The receiver’s name and their SCB account name, number, and address
  • SCB SWIFT code: SICOTHBK
  • The receiver’s identity document (Please make sure that it remains valid.)
  • Supporting documents as per the remittance purpose in compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s requirements for amounts starting from USD 50,000 or equivalent, including a Foreign Currency Transaction Form.

Conditions

  • Fund availability in the receiver’s account varies by time zone and business hours of their bank.

Fees

An inward remittance fee is charged at 0.25% of the inward remittance amount, with a 300 baht minimum and a 500 baht maximum.
