Maximum Transaction Limits

(1) Cash deposit with an account number

1. Make a cash deposit at a Big C counter.
2. Perform a transaction at the Big C self-service screen as follows:
   · Choose SCB as the service provider.
   ·  Read the terms of use and click “Acknowledge and Confirm”.
   ·  Enter your Big-Card membership number (if any)
   ·  The Big C employee will request your ID card and insert your ID card in the reader.
   · Enter your telephone number, receiving account number, and amount.
   ·  Click “Correct” on the Big C screen.
   · Review all details and click “Confirm” on the Big C screen.
   
3. Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
4. Accept the transaction slip.

(2) Cash deposit via QR Code on the SCB Easy App

1. Request a cash deposit using an SCB Easy QR code.
2. Follow these steps on the Big C screen:
   • Choose SCB as the service provider.
   • Read the terms of use and click “Acknowledge and Confirm”.
   • Enter your Big-Card membership number (if any).
   • The Big C employee will request your ID card and insert your ID card in the reader.
   • Enter your telephone number.
   • The Big C employee will request your QR code on the SCB Easy App.
   • Click “Correct” on the Big C screen.
   • Review all details and click “Confirm” on the Big C screen.
3. Present the deposit cash including the service fee.
4. Accept the transaction slip.

(3) Cash withdrawal via QR Code on the SCB Easy App

1. Request a cash withdrawal using an SCB Easy QR code.
2. Follow these steps on the Big C screen:
   • Choose SCB as the service provider.
   • Read the terms of use and click “Acknowledge and Confirm”.
   • Enter your Big-Card membership number (if any).
   • The Big C employee will request your ID card and insert your ID card in the reader.
   • Enter your telephone number.
   • The Big C employee will request your QR code on the SCB Easy App.
   • Click “Correct” on the Big C screen.
   • Review all details and click “Confirm” on Big C screen.
3. The Big C employee presents your cash, less the service fee.
4. Accept your cash and transaction slip.
