Insurance terms

  1. No limitation of the sum insured (Range of Sum Insured depending on Occupancy or the Business of the Insured)
  2. Insurance Premium will be following the tariff rate as declared by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC)
  3. Except political risk.

  • Fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft, vehicles impact, water damage, windstorm, flood, earthquake or volcanic eruption or tidal wave or tsunami, hail
  • Smoke, bushfire

  • Riot & strike, vandalism & malicious acts (except political risk) and
  • Accidental damage from any other external causes subject to terms and conditions as specified under the Accidental Damage (Property) Insurance Policy
