SCB empowers supervisors at all levels to effectively fulfill the "Leader as Coach" role by strengthening their coaching, feedback delivery, and team management skills. AI technology is integrated to analyze coaching behaviors and provide personalized recommendations. 
In 2025, 85.27% of People Managers were certified as Leaders as Coach, reflecting significant progress in establishing a coaching culture as a cornerstone of long-term leadership development.

Enhancing Sustainability Capabilities — Sustainability Center of Excellence (CoE)
In 2025, the Bank established the Sustainability Center of Excellence to elevate its operational capabilities in sustainability. The Sustainability CoE ensures employees possess the specialized knowledge required to execute missions aligned with the sustainability strategies and external commitments of both the Bank and the SCBX Group. In its initial phase, the Sustainability CoE prioritized Climate Action & Resilience, with over 70 employees participating across six core sustainability knowledge frameworks. The CoE operates under a Hub-and-Spoke model: the Hub consists of centralized experts (Corporate Sustainability, EIC, SCBX Group Sustainability), while Spokes are specialists embedded in business units such as CIB, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, and Risk & Compliance.
