Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has collaborated with the Crown Property Bureau's support network and the Ramathibodi Hospital Faculty of Medicine to contribute to public health services as part of the "Royally Bestowed Doctors for Happy and Healthy People" initiative. The initiative seeks to help people in remote areas by providing them with access to comprehensive medical care, with volunteer doctors conducting cataract surgeries and providing dental treatments at Pho Thong Hospital in Amphoe Pho Thong, Ang Thong. On this occasion, Professor Emeritus Dr. Kasem Wattanachai, Privy Councilor and Chairman of the "Royally Bestowed Doctors for Happy and Healthy People" initiative presided over the opening ceremony. SCB Senior Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility Khun Saksit Pitipongsoonthorn and SCB Ayutthaya Area Manager Khun Somporn Chokpitchayakun, together with volunteers from the Head Office and Ayutthaya  Area Office actively participated in providing care and assistance to patients throughout the treatment process. The project successfully provided 246 cataract operations and 317 dental treatments to 563 patients in total.

During this trip SCB also organized a "Thai Children Do Good" activity under the topic "Savings Journey to a Million" to provide financial literacy and instill good financial discipline for 120 students from various schools in Ang Thong.
