SCB enhances quality of life through "Happy and Healthy People" Initiative, supporting mobile eye and dental treatment units in Pattani

 


          Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) has collaborated with the Crown Property Bureau's support network and the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital to contribute to public health services as part of the "Happy and Healthy People" initiative. Volunteer doctors conducted cataract surgeries and dental treatments at Pattani Hospital in Pattani. Mrs.Monrudee Wanaleesin Area Manager of SCB’s Hatyai Area Office and volunteers from the Head Office and Hatyai Area Office actively participated in providing care and assistance to patients throughout the treatment process. The project successfully provided 213 cataract operations and 323 of dental treatments.



     Those interested in contributing to the "Happy and Healthy People" project’s "One Eye, One Kindness" initiative can take part by scanning a QR code to make an e-donation through the mobile banking application of any bank. These donations support the efforts of volunteer doctors who deploy mobile units to provide comprehensive and equitable treatment to cataract patients, bringing back vision and happiness to their families. Every donation is eligible for a one-time tax deduction. Additionally, those who contribute 8,000 baht for one eye surgery can request a certificate by contacting 08 3811 1111.
