Following the Digital Bank with a Human Touch strategy, SCB continues to perform robustly. Particularly, the wealth management business performance in 2024 continued to meet the targets set in all aspects, reflecting customers’ trust in terms of assets under advisement, which increased by 10%. Wealth lending along with management, investment (AUA), and protection solutions on offer through the bank channels remained number one. Meanwhile, SCB WEALTH continues to build confidence and outstanding returns for customers with the number one sales in structured products for 4 consecutive years, along with 10 global awards. In addition, SCB WEALTH continues to enhance the wealth management experience by introducing digital technology and AI through SCB WEALTH LINE OA, AI Advisory Chatbot service, WEALTH4U, and MY ALERT channels.
