How to receive the money

 
  1. Complete an inward remittance form.
  2. Present your identity document to a bank officer. (Please make sure that it remains valid.)
  3. Inform the bank officer of the transaction reference number (8 digits) and the inward remittance amount.
  4. Receive a transaction receipt from the bank officer. Check the transaction details and sign the receipt.
  5. Receive the money.
