1. Select “Receive international fund transfer.”

2. Check the service terms and conditions. Select “OK.”

3. Insert your ID card in the ID card reader to begin the transaction.

4. Take back your ID card and continue the transaction.  

5. Enter the 8-digit reference number/code for receiving the funds.

6. Select the sender’s country and wait for data verification.

7. Check the transaction amount and select “Confirm.”

8. Select a relationship with the sender.

9. Select a transaction purpose for the recipient.

10. Select the recipient’s occupation.

11. Enter the recipient’s mobile phone number.

12. Check the transaction and select “Confirm.”

13. Receive cash and transaction slip.

• The service is only available for Thai customers and you don’t need to have an SCB account.
• To make a transaction, a chip ID card and the code for receiving the fund are required.
• Transactions are available up to 30,000 baht/transaction maximum and a number of transactions per day or per month is unlimited.
• For the remaining transaction balance, you can choose to transfer it to a bank account (any bank) or donate to a charitable organization on the list shown on the ATM screen.

       -  To an SCB account within the same banking zone: No fee
       -  To an SCB account across banking zones: 10 baht
       -  To a non-SCB bank account: 25 baht
•  If you don’t want to make a fund transfer or a donation via the ATM, you can present your ID card and the code for receiving the fund to receive the remaining transaction balance at an SCB branch near you during business hours.  

Fees:

• No fee for cashing out funds transferred via MoneyGram at an SCB ATM.
• Transfer of the remaining transaction balance to a bank account is subject to the following fees:
  -  To an SCB account across banking zones: 10 baht
  -  To a non-SCB bank account: 25 baht
