  • The service is available to customers having an individual savings or current account with SCB or other banks, given that a receiver’s account status must remain normal.
  • Transfer amounts must be under 50,000 baht/transaction. Daily transactions are unlimited.
  • Money will be made available to receivers in Thai baht on the transaction date based on the effective exchange rate at the transaction time.
  • Receivers can check money transfers via the following channels:
    • SCB customers: Check transactions from your account statement on the SCB EASY app, LINE Official Account: SCB Connect, or by calling the SCB Call Center at 0-2777-7777
    • Non-SCB customers: Check transactions from your account statement or via your bank’s contact center.
  • No service fee is charged to receivers.
  • In the event that an amount is not available in a receiver’s account, please contact the sender to check the transaction status with the service provider’s network.
