Update Android operating system

To enhance the security of financial transactions via SCB EASY App, the Bank kindly requests cooperation from customers using Android devices to update the Android operating system on mobile phone or tablet to version 10 or higher, in order to comply with security measures for financial services and payment on mobile devices.

If the customers use Android devices with operating system version 9, the daily amount limit for making transaction via SCB EASY App will be reduced. The customers can check new amount limit via SCB EASY App from 14 February 2026 onwards at menu "Manage personal limit".

Customers using Android devices with operating system version 10 or higher or using devices with iOS operating system can continue to use SCB EASY App under the existing amount limit as usual.

SCB EASY App ဖြင့် ငွေကြေးလုပ်ငန်းများ၏ လုံခြုံမှုကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် Android System အသုံးပြုသော Customer များအနေဖြင့် မိုဘိုင်းဖုန်း သို့မဟုတ် တက်ဘလက်ထဲရှိ Android Operating System ကို Version 10 နှင့်အထက်သို့ Update ပြုလုပ်ပါရန်မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။ ဤကဲ့သို့ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် မိုဘိုင်း ဖုန်းများတွင် ငွေကြေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှုများအတွက် လုံခြုံရေးစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီစေရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Customer များအနေဖြင့် Android Operating System Version 9 ကို အသုံးပြုနေဆဲဖြစ်ပါက SCB EASY App ဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းများပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် နေ့စဉ်ငွေလွှဲပမာဏကို လျှော့ချမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Customer များသည် 2026 ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ 14 ရက်မှစတင်၍ SCB EASY App ထဲရှိ "Manage personal limit" မီနူးတွင် ငွေလွှဲ ပမာဏအသစ်ကို စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

Android Operating System Version 10 နှင့်အထက်ရှိ ဖုန်းများ သို့မဟုတ် iOS Operating System ဖြင့်အသုံးပြုလျှက်ရှိသော Customer များအနေဖြင့် SCB EASY App ကို ပုံမှန်ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့် ပမာဏ အတိုင်း ဆက်လက် အသုံးပြု နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
