The Easy Bonus service will be discontinued to support development and upgrade into a new format that delivers even greater offers.

 

SCB is undertaking efforts to modernize and optimize service models and channels, enhancing efficiency and meeting evolving customer needs.

The Easy Bonus service on the SCB EASY App and SCB Connect will be discontinued starting January 10, 2026.

For customers who have offers kept under the Easy Bonus service, these offers must be redeemed by December 31, 2025, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. After this date, any unused offers will no longer be available.

SCB is developing a new format to deliver enhanced service. Further announcements will be provided through SCB’s communication channels once the new service is launched.
