ตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2564 เป็นต้นไป ลูกค้าที่ขอออกบัตรทดแทนบัตรเดบิต เล็ทส์ เอสซีบี เดิม สามารถขอผ่านขั้นตอนการสมัครบัตรเดบิตเวอร์ชวล เอสซีบี เพื่อรับบัตรเดบิตเวอร์ชวล และใช้จ่ายออนไลน์ได้ทันที หากลูกค้าต้องการรับบัตรพลาสติกเดบิต เล็ทส์ เอสซีบี สามารถกดรับเพิ่มได้ โดยบัตรพลาสติกจะส่งให้ตามที่อยู่ที่แจ้งไว้กับธนาคาร ภายใน 7 วันทำการ
