SCB Debit Card Daily Usage Limits
Tailored to You through Customer Profiling

For convenient and secure everyday ATM transactions

Effective 21 March 2026, Siam Commercial Bank places importance on customers’ everyday debit card usage, including cash withdrawals and fund transfers via ATMs. To ensure that usage is appropriate for everyone, the Bank will set debit card outgoing transaction limits based on customers’ usage behavior (Customer Profiling). This approach helps customers use their debit cards smoothly while enhancing transaction security.

Transactions Covered under Customer Profiling

Customer Profiling applies only to outgoing transactions made via debit cards, as follows:

  • Cash withdrawals via ATM
  • Fund transfers via ATM (Transfers to other individuals at any bank,Transfers to your own accounts at other banks, Transfers via Promptpay)

Benefits of Customer Profiling

  • Limits suitable for everyday use: Transaction limits align with customers’ actual withdrawal and transfer behavior.
  • Enhanced transaction security: Reduced risk in the event of unexpected incidents involving debit card usage.
  • Flexibility when higher limits are needed: Customers may request both temporary and permanent limit increases, subject to the Bank’s conditions.

Customers can check their debit card limits via: SCB EASY App, SCB ATM, SCB Call Center 02 777 7777
