Support for Youth Education
In 2025, SCB supports youth education through scholarships and activities that promote learning — for young people with exceptional ability in science and technology who will drive national development, and for youth who need educational opportunities to improve their quality of life. Support is provided in the form of individual scholarships, organizational grants, and contributions to educational institutions.
Project 1
Financial Literacy Development Project

SCB recognizes that financial discipline and literacy are foundational skills that should be cultivated from a young age, becoming lasting habits for the future. Programs are designed for youth of all ages and teachers — who play a pivotal role in youth development — promoting financial management skills and savings habits through the Sufficiency Economy philosophy, delivered both online and in-person.

Teaching children the value of money and time, encouraging thoughtful consumption, and promoting waste separation.

Building financial discipline, financial planning, investment, and debt management for teachers — with teaching materials for delivery to youth and an online financial literacy curriculum.

SCB-CONNEXT ED: School Quality Development Project (44 Schools in Sisaket)

SCB signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the "School Development Partnership: One Amphoe, One Quality School" project with the Ministry of Education and 44 schools in Sisaket — building on the CONNEXT ED Foundation's work to develop SMART School model schools. The 5-year program (2025–2029) aims to elevate educational quality, transform schools into spaces of opportunity, and develop teachers and students with knowledge, life skills, and ethics — drawing on the Siam Commercial Foundation, SCB Academy, School Partners, and an expert education network.

SCB has continuously supported the Phra Metta Somdejya Project in presenting the "Kru Chao Fa Krom Luang Narathiwas Rajanagarindra Award" for 17 consecutive years — honoring the royal vision of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra and Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, Krom Luang Narathiwas Rajanagarindra — and recognizing teachers who serve with dedication in remote, underserved, and high-risk areas, fulfilling their role as "teachers who are more than teachers."
