Siam Commercial Bank collaborates with Crown Property Bureau to offer cataract surgery at Nanoi Hospital, Nan Province

Siam Commercial Bank, in collaboration with the Crown Property Bureau, serves as a key network partner in the "Happy and Healthy People" initiative, aimed at restoring vision to cataract patients at Nanoi Hospital in Nan Province. As part of this collaborative effort, Siam Commercial Bank, alongside the Banphaeo General Hospital (Public Organization) and affiliated agencies, recently extended support to 229 villagers by providing cataract surgery under the "Happy and Healthy People" project. Ms. Araya Phuphanich, First Executive Vice President of the CSR Function at Siam Commercial Bank, participated in the visit to Nanoi Hospital, offering encouragement to those undergoing cataract surgery. The Bank's volunteer employees also played a crucial role in caring for and assisting the patients throughout the process.

Those interested in contributing to the "Happy and Healthy People" project’s "One Eye, One Kindness" initiative can take part by scanning a QR code to make an e-donation through the mobile banking application of any bank. These donations support the efforts of volunteer doctors who deploy mobile units to provide comprehensive and equitable treatment to cataract patients, bringing back vision and happiness to their families.
