Specifically for WEALTH customers, the platform features “MY ALERT,” providing timely investment insights and alerts, while an upgraded Rich Menu offers a more personalized experience, including seamless access to investment analyses from SCB WEALTH in collaboration with BlackRock. Customers can also monitor and download historical investment reports anytime via SCB Connect in one place. Reflecting its success in digital innovation. As a result of its continuous development, SCB Connect has achieved an engagement rate three times higher than the industry average, while delivering more than 900 million alert messages per month, reflecting strong customer trust and sustained usage. This success led to SCB winning the “Best Sponsored Stickers in Finance & Banking” award at the LINE Thailand Awards 2025 for its SCB Connect x Chalotte sticker campaign, developed in collaboration with Thai artist Mackcha under the concept “Always Here. Always Connected.” The sticker set surpassed 1 million downloads within just three months, further reinforcing SCB Connect’s role as a platform that brings the brand closer to customers and its evolution into a truly trusted financial assistant present at every moment.
