SCB supports the "Happy and Healthy Citizen by the Royal Medical Team" project to provide 21 sessions of public healthcare services in 2025

Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) is collaborating with the Crown Property Bureau, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Banphaeo General Hospital, the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, and other organizations in supporting the "Happy and Healthy Citizen by the Royal Medical Team" project. With the support of volunteer doctors, this initiative offers eye surgeries and dental care to improve public health in remote areas with limited access to specialists. The project enhances quality of life, promotes sustainable well-being, and reduces healthcare inequality. 

In 2025, the project aims to deliver 21 sessions to those in need, with three sessions completed so far, as follows:

1. Srisangwan Hospital and Mae Hong Son Provincial Prison: Eye surgeries and dental care by the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Mr. Ekkawit Meepian, Governor of Mae Hong Son Province, presided over the opening ceremony. On this occasion, Ms. Aroonsri Chuntaphichayanun, SCB CSR Project Manager, led SCB volunteers in caring for and assisting 631 patients, including 285 who received eye surgeries and 346 who received dental care (89 at Srisangwan Hospital and 257 at Mae Hong Son Provincial Prison). Additionally, a "Thai Children Aspiring for Good" activity was held at Mae Hong Son Teachers' Savings Cooperative, offering a session of financial literacy to 112 students and 9 teachers from Mueang Mae Hong Son District.
