SCBX Group through SCB Brings Joy to Children on Thailand’s Children’s Day 2026

The SCBX Group, through Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), continued its commitment to supporting youth development by bringing smiles and happiness on the occasion of Thailand’s Children’s Day 2026 through the 7th annual “Our Gifts for Kids” initiative, along with Children’s Day activities held at the Royal Thai Air Force event at Squadron 601, Wing 6, Don Mueang, Bangkok.

The “Our Gifts for Kids” program—now in its seventh year—invited executives and employees from across the SCBX Group to prepare personalized gifts for students at Border Patrol Police Schools in Kanchanaburi province, located in remote and underserved areas. This year, gifts were delivered to 537 children from

  • Baanradar Border Patrol Police School
  • Sahathanakhankrungthep Border Patrol Police School
  • Poon INSEE – Krungsri Foundation Learning Center (Ban Kraikriang)

The initiative aims to help fulfill children’s wishes while promoting a culture of sharing among SCBX Group employees.

Mr. Kris Chantanotoke, Director and Chief Executive Officer of SCB, together with SCBX management and staff, signed a large greeting card and launched a special delivery convoy from the SCB Head Office to Kanchanaburi. SCB branches in the area then acted as representatives to personally hand over the gifts and organize Children’s Day activities at the schools.

In addition, SCB joined the Royal Thai Air Force Children’s Day event, hosting a learning booth promoting financial literacy, saving habits, and environmental awareness under the theme “SCB for Kids: Smart Savers, Planet Lovers.” The booth featured engaging games and activities such as:

  • “Good Deeds Wheel” – encouraging children to practice kindness consistently
  • “Save Before You Spend” – building positive financial habits from a young age
  • “Eco Guardians” – teaching waste sorting and environmental responsibility

The booth attracted strong interest from both children and parents. Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, and Ms. Abisada Kantha, President of the Air Force Spouses Association, also visited the booth during the event.

The SCBX Group through SCB reaffirms its commitment to supporting Thai youth in becoming capable, responsible citizens and valuable contributors to the nation’s future development.
