SCBX Group, through SCB, Partners with the Royal Thai Air Force to Enhance Quality of Life

SCBX Group, through Siam Commercial Bank PCL (SCB), has partnered with the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) to strengthen public–private collaboration in enhancing people’s quality of life. Mr. Kris Chantanotoke, Director and Chief Executive Officer of SCB, recently presented 3,000 “Eco-Friendly Blankets” at the RTAF Headquarters. The blankets were received by Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, Commander-in-Chief of the RTAF, who also took part in dispatching a convoy of vehicles to deliver the blankets across various regions, alleviating hardship and providing warmth during the cold season.

Each blanket is made from polyester yarn recycled from 11 PET plastic bottles. This initiative reflects SCB’s commitment to resource efficiency and aligns with its sustainability policy. By consistently integrating social and environmental responsibility into its practices, the Bank is driving meaningful change toward a more sustainable future. 

On this occasion, SCB contributed 3,000,000 baht to the Royal Thai Air Force in support of a project that provides clean water for consumption and enhances quality of life. Now in its 12^th consecutive year, the initiative continues to bring safe drinking water to schools and communities in remote areas, fostering sustainable improvements in daily living and long-term well-being.
