SCB distributes blankets to help those in need cope with cold weather

 

Under its “SCB Disaster Relief” program, Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) recently delivered blankets to Thailand’s armed forces for further distribution to people in need to help them cope with upcoming cold weather. 

Air Chief Marshal Punpakdee Pattanakul , Commander-in-Chief, the Royal Thai Air Force received 4,000 blankets from SCB First Executive Vice President and Head of CSR Function Araya Phuphanich and sent off a disaster relief team at the Royal Thai Air Force Headquarters. As a green effort, the blankets are made of recycled polyester fabric, using 11 PET bottles for each blanket.

Admiral Chonlathis Navanugraha , Chief of Staff, the Royal Thai Navy received 1,000 blankets from SCB First Senior Vice President and Head of CSR Project Division Saksit Pitipongsoonthorn and sent off a disaster relief team at the Royal Thai Navy Headquarters.

Lt. Gen. Teerapong Pattamasing Na Ayutthaya , director general of the Directorate of Civil Affairs received 300 blankets from SCB Senior Vice President, CSR Strategic Planning and Control Boosgorn Trisawasdi at the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters.
