SCB Receives Four Prestigious International Awards, Reinforcing Leadership in Thailand’s Retail Banking
Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) continues to reinforce its leadership in Thailand’s retail banking sector through the successful execution of its “Digital Bank with Human Touch” strategy. By leveraging advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, SCB enhances the end‑to‑end customer experience—from hyper‑personalized financial product design to seamless omni‑channel banking. This progress is driven by close, end‑to‑end collaboration across sales channels, products, and services, enabling a unified operating model that improves efficiency and delivers holistic, customer‑centric financial solutions across all life stages. Despite macroeconomic headwinds and a softened real estate market, this integrated approach enabled SCB to maintain its leadership in retail lending, particularly in the mortgage segment, throughout 2025.
