Once you have fully paid up your SCB Home Loan, including penalty fees and/or other expenses related to your home loan (if any), you can request title deed redemption from SCB by following the instructions below:

1. Fill out a request form for title deed redemption. Download here.
2. Prepare supporting documents:
   A copy of your identity document
   A copy of the receipt of the last installment payment
   A copy of receipts of penalty fees and/or other expenses related to the home loan (if any)
   
3. Submit the form with complete details and signature(s) together with the supporting documents to SCB via the following channels
   • e-mail address: homeloan@email.scb.co.th
   • Registered mail to: Home Loan After-Sale Service Team (OC 3453), SCB Head Office, UB Floor, No.9, Ratchadaphisek Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok, 10900
   • Any SCB branch
   

If you intend to settle all outstanding principal debts before maturity, kindly provide written notice to the Bank at least 15 business days prior to the repayment date. Upon receipt of complete payment, the Bank will promptly return the title deed to you within 7 days.
