Following a temporary technical glitch in the PromptPay system on 31 December 2017 causing a failure of fund transfers, SCB has taken measures to ensure that all payments completely reached recipients. SCB fully understands the importance of financial transactions during the festive season on the last day of the year.
To offer our apology and demonstrate our responsibility, SCB is waiving and refunding all transfer fees to all customers performing transactions via ATMs, SCB EASY App, SCB EASY NET during that period.
