SCB teams up with The Mall Group to bring digital technology to create unique “eMperience” retail shopping financial solutions
Bangkok (1 August 2018) – “Siam Commercial Bank” has teamed up with “The Mall Group” to write a new page in the history of Thailand’s retail shopping business. Together, the two firms have combined digital banking with lifestyle shopping to create a new “eMperience” concept bringing the ultimate seamless shopping experience, or “The First Evolution of Experiential Shopping”. The collaboration is set to create financial innovations catering to every shopping requirement covering four major areas: 1. “SCB M” Co-branded Cards comprising credit, debit, prepaid, and gift cards with exclusive privileges serve for all shopping lifestyle; 2. Payment Services offering a new payment experience in the form of QR Code via Virtual Card in SCB EASY application; 3. Banking Agent Services to increase convenience, offering a full spectrum of financial services available at The Mall Group’s department stores, letting customers purchase the insurance, pay utility bills at store cashiers; 4.
