Sales Activity Management (KPI Campaign Performance)

 

Job Scope:

- Formulate SME business plan team with segment, product & sales- Develop funnel and capacity planning with front office and branch

- Set up key measures (KPIs) for all roles of front office and branch- Create competitive campaigns and rewarding criteria and methods

- Assess and improve the formulated business plans

 

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics or Computer Science

- 2-3 years’ experience as KPI management and measurement for retail channels such as branch or direct sales

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Thai

- Demonstrate good interpersonal and problem solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Access
