The Bank can issue a Letter of Credit for customers to provide payment undertaking to a beneficiary against any obligation or commitment in compliance with documents as stated in the Letter of Credit. The service is available both domestically and internationally.

The Bank can issue a Domestic Letter of Credit for customers to provide payment undertaking to a beneficiary in Thailand against a Bill of Exchange or commercial documents containing required conditions as stated in the Letter of Credit. The service fee is 2.5% per annum (minimum 1,000 baht per item).

The Bank offers Bank Guarantees on behalf of financial institutions, companies, partnerships, and individuals who tender bids or enter into contracts with governmental agencies or other beneficiaries.

The Bank offers acceptance/aval, or endorsement of Bills of Exchange, Promissory Notes, or cheques to guarantee payments per the specified terms therein.

The Bank can issue financial certificates/financial statements to authorities or third-parties for the following purposes
