Bill Payment

  Service Features
    A service designed for payment of goods and services with 24/7 access via the following channels:

1.   SCB branches
    on business days.

2.   ATM
    You can choose to pay your bills by simply using the barcode scanner or manually enter payment details at the ATM according to the following process:
    2.1 Barcode scanning:
   
Insert the ATM card and enter the PIN code.
Select “Bill Payment via Barcode”.
Place the barcode under the red light until you hear a peep sound.
Review the accuracy of the payment details and press the “Confirm”button.
Take the confirmation slip.
    2.2  Manually key in the payment information:
   
Insert the ATM card and enter the PIN code.
Select [Others].
Select [Bill Payments].
Select [Payment to Other Companies].
Select type of account.
Enter the 10-digit account no. or the 4-digit Comp Code 4.
Enter the amount.
Enter reference 1 (Customer No.).
Enter reference 2 (Reference No.).
Verify accuracy of the information you entered and press the “Confirm” button.

3.   Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)
    Payment can be made by cash using the barcode scanner or SCB ATM card.

4.   Online Banking: www.scbeasy.com Process
  Log on to www.scbeasynet.com and enter your Login Name and Password and click the “Sign In” button.
  Select “Payment and e-Bills” and select the biller account.
    Note: If you would like to add billers, please take the following steps:
   
- Select “Add Biller”.
- View the biller list by name or by account number.
- Select the desired biller from the list.
- Click “Add” to record the new biller.
  Enter Customer Name, Customer No. (Ref.1 on the bill), Reference No. (Ref. 2 on the bill, if applicable), amount, and click “Next”.
  The system will display details of the payment.
  Click “Confirm” to submit the payment instruction.

5.   SCB Call Center 02-777-7777 Process
  Call 02-777-7777.
  Press “4” for bill payments and mobile top-up.
  Enter the 16-digit ATM code or 10-digit account number.
  Enter the 4-digit ATM pin or 7-digit personal phone banking code.
  Press “2” for bill payments, and proceed as follows:
   
- Enter the required Account Number or Comp Code, followed by “#”.
- Enter the Cust number, followed by “#”.
- Enter the Ref. No., followed by “#”.
- Enter the amount (including decimal points), followed by “#”.
  The system will repeat the payment details.
  Press “1” to confirm and hang up the phone.
