Housing Loans
Personal loans for property purchase and repair with fixed, monthly payments plus interest. The bank will set monthly instalment, amount, loan terms, and conditions will be set by the bank.

Service Features
- Maximum credit of 100% of appraised value for a maximum 30-year term.
- Applicants can request additional loans for taking out home and life insurance policies, e.g. Asset Guardian, Property Damage Guardian, Medical Care Insurance, and Home Guard Insurance, etc.
- Fixed or floating Interest rate based on MLR.
- Long-term fire insurance from 2 to 30 years.
Required Documents
- Personal documents for both the borrower and spouse, including copies of ID card or government officer ID card, household registration,and marriage certificate (if any).
- Financial documents, including payroll or income certificate, commercial registration/license, and last 6-month’s account statement.
- Security documents, including copy of land title deed, buy-sell agreement, and construction blueprints (in case of construction).
Fee
Front-end fee 0.25% (only for customers who choose a fixed rate loan).
