2.2.2 Transfer between banks - 25 baht for under 10,000 baht
- 35 baht for 10,001 - 30,000 baht
2.2.3 Cash withdrawal, same account
        transfer, and over 5 balance inquiries
        in the same month		 - 5 baht per transaction
