SCB Business Phone (02-722-2222) is a real-time automated phone banking service, available 24 hours a day. SCB Business Phone will help facilitate your daily business with the following services:
1. eposit account inquiries
2. Short-term/long-term loan account, and letter of guarantee inquiries
3. Account statements-via-fax request:

  • Current account statements
  • Past account statements (1 day, 7, 30, or 60 days)

4. Fund transfers:

  • Between your accounts
  • To third party accounts
  • For loan repayments

5. Debit advice-via-fax request
6. SMS alert requests for any transfer of 200,000 baht or more to third party
accounts
7. Interest and exchange rates-via-fax reques
8. Dealer-to-dealer bill payment via Electronic Payment Transfer (EPT)

  • You can register different accounts for the same company with the SCB Business Phone service, and you can transfer up to 3 million baht/day between registered accounts.
  • You can assign up to 5 users to access the SCB Business Phone and customize access authorization for each user.
  • Loan account inquiry is also available, be it short-term, long-term, mortgage, or letter of guarantee.
  • You can receive an SMS alert for any transfer of 200,000 baht or more to a third party account.
  • Dealer-to-dealer bill payment is available via Electronic Payment Transfer (EPT).
