Notification on channels of disclosure of the minimum capital requirements under Basel II, as per the BOT’s notification on the market disclosure or Pillar III.


The Bank provides detailed disclosure on the capital adequacy or Pillar III via two channels, namely (1) the Bank’s website under the Investor Relations section; and (2) the supplementary section in the Bank's next audited financial statements. The annual Pillar III disclosure is based on financial information as of 31 December 2009, which will be disclosed by April 2010.
